Omnitracs Enterprise and XRS
To request a training account, Click Here and complete the account request form. It can take up to 2 business days for accounts to be approved. Once approved an automated email will be sent from system@litmos.com with account credentials and instructions.
XRS Learning Labs
To use the XRS Learning Lab, you must have a training account that includes learning lab courses. For these customers, your training account is automatically created for you. This can take up to 2 business days after the user or driver is added in XRS. All XRS Learning Lab learners are automatically enrolled in classes when their account is created. Login credentials are set up with the following formats:
XRS Learning Lab Drivers will not receive an email with their driver credentials when their training account is created. Driver usernames are built from the XRS driver ID and company ID. Passwords are built by combining “Xrs” and the company ID.
Username Value: DriverID@CompanyID Example: 12345@98765
Password Value: XrsCompanyID Example: Xrs98765
NOTE: The driver username is NOT an email address, however drivers will be required to provide an email address the first time they login to the training account.
XRS Learning Labs Website Users will receive an email with this website address (URL) and your username (your email address). Follow the instructions in that email to activate your Omnitracs University user account and define your own password. Then, use that password to log in to Omnitracs University.
Username Value: YourEmailAddress Example: myemail@work.com
Password Value: User-Defined Example: W3ro@k99
